Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

A bright, refreshing smoothie packed with tropical fruit, fresh ginger, turmeric, and hydrating coconut water. Perfect for a nourishing breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Natura Fiber
  • 1½ cups coconut water

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, chia seeds, lemon juice, Natura Fiber, and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar.
  4. Serve immediately.
