Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Natura Fiber
- 1½ cups coconut water
Instructions
- Add the banana, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, chia seeds, lemon juice, Natura Fiber, and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
