1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with coconut oil to prevent the cauliflower from sticking.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, whisk together the Natura Fiber, almond meal or flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.
In a separate bowl, combine the water and milk. Gradually pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms. Add a little more liquid if needed to reach a thick, coatable consistency.
Working in batches, coat the cauliflower florets evenly in the batter and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the coating is set and the cauliflower is tender-crisp when pierced with a fork.
Remove from the oven and toss or drizzle the cauliflower with your favorite wing sauce, hot sauce, or dry seasoning.
Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize slightly before serving.
