Hazelnut Cacao Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Natura Fiber
  • ½ cup MCT oil
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup inulin
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • pinch of pink salt

Method

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and MCT oil until smooth.
  2. Slowly add in the cacao powder, inulin, stevia, salt, and blend until well combined.
  3. Gently stir in Natura Fiber and let it stand for 5 minutes as it thickens up.
  4. Store in a tightly sealed mason jar for up to 1 month.
