Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ⅓ cup Natura Fiber
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, olive oil, salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and Natura Fiber. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they are browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve warm with eggs, roasted vegetables, or your favorite breakfast sides.
Storage: Store cooked patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
