Herb Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ⅓ cup Natura Fiber

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, olive oil, salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and Natura Fiber. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once hot, cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they are browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve warm with eggs, roasted vegetables, or your favorite breakfast sides.

Storage: Store cooked patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
