Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup Natura Fiber
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, red bell pepper, feta cheese, spinach, red onion, salt, pepper, and Natura Fiber. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the grates if needed.
- Grill the patties for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the burgers are cooked through.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with a Greek salad, roasted vegetables, or serve in lettuce wraps for a low-carb meal.
Storage: Refrigerate cooked burgers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 6 months.
