Greek Chicken Burgers

Juicy chicken burgers infused with Mediterranean flavors from feta, spinach, lemon, and oregano. Delicious served with a fresh Greek salad or wrapped in crisp lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ⅓ cup Natura Fiber

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, red bell pepper, feta cheese, spinach, red onion, salt, pepper, and Natura Fiber. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the grates if needed.
  4. Grill the patties for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the burgers are cooked through.
  5. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Pair with a Greek salad, roasted vegetables, or serve in lettuce wraps for a low-carb meal.

Storage: Refrigerate cooked burgers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 6 months.
