Ingredients:
2/3 C Shredded Coconut
1 C Rolled Oats
½ C Peanut Butter
¼ C Natura Fiber
¼ C Sunflower Seeds
¼ C Honey
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp water if needed
Method:
- Toast coconut in a skillet on medium to high heat until toasted very light brown. Add all ingredients except the water into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
- After the mixture is chilled, you can add the water, if needed, to form the dough into balls. Balls should be sticky and not crumble apart.
- Roll into bite-sized pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
