Organic Ingredients
- 4 cups canned tuna in spring water
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Gluten Free Tamari
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- black pepper to taste

1 cup Natura Fiber
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a thick batter remains.
- Using slightly wet hands, form the mixture into 6 burger patties.
- Add oil to a non-stick pan.
- When hot, cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Repeat the process until all the patties are cooked and are golden brown and crispy.
- Great on a burger or mixed greens salad.
- Store in the fridge up to 5 days or in the freezer up to 6 months.
