Sweet Chili Tuna Burgers

Organic Ingredients

  • 4 cups canned tuna in spring water
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten Free Tamari
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Natura Fiber

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a thick batter remains.
  • Using slightly wet hands, form the mixture into 6 burger patties.
  • Add oil to a non-stick pan.
  • When hot, cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Repeat the process until all the patties are cooked and are golden brown and crispy.
  • Great on a burger or mixed greens salad.
  • Store in the fridge up to 5 days or in the freezer up to 6 months.
