Berry Yogurt Parfaits

*Gluten-free when made with certified gluten-free granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, divided
  • 1 cup assorted fresh berries
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup Natura Fiber

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir the Natura Fiber into the granola until evenly combined.
  2. Divide half of the yogurt between two small mason jars or serving glasses.
  3. Layer with half of the fresh berries.
  4. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and berries.
  5. Top each parfait with the granola mixture.
  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Variation: If you prefer, substitute plain Greek yogurt with your favorite flavored yogurt, such as vanilla or strawberry.
