Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, divided
- 1 cup assorted fresh berries
- ½ cup granola
- ¼ cup Natura Fiber
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir the Natura Fiber into the granola until evenly combined.
- Divide half of the yogurt between two small mason jars or serving glasses.
- Layer with half of the fresh berries.
- Repeat with the remaining yogurt and berries.
- Top each parfait with the granola mixture.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Variation: If you prefer, substitute plain Greek yogurt with your favorite flavored yogurt, such as vanilla or strawberry.
