Creamy Almond Ginger Dressing

Creamy Almond Ginger Dressing

A rich, flavorful dressing that's just as delicious drizzled over salads as it is served as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables, spring rolls, and lettuce wraps. Omit the water for a thicker consistency that's perfect as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup almond butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup Natura Fiber
  • Water, as needed to reach desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Add the almond butter, garlic, ginger, maple syrup, tamari, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and Natura Fiber to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, slowly add water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Serve over salads, as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables or spring rolls, or use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches by omitting the water.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
