Ingredients
- ⅔ cup almond butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup Natura Fiber
- Water, as needed to reach desired consistency
Instructions
- Add the almond butter, garlic, ginger, maple syrup, tamari, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and Natura Fiber to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly add water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve over salads, as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables or spring rolls, or use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches by omitting the water.
