Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- ½ cup Natura Fiber
- Salmon fillet(s)
- Lemon slices (optional, for serving)
- Fresh chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and Natura Fiber until evenly combined.
- Place the salmon fillet(s) on the prepared baking sheet.
- Generously coat the salmon with the Cajun seasoning mixture, pressing lightly so it adheres.
- Top with lemon slices if desired.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving, if desired.
