Cajun Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ cup Natura Fiber
  • Salmon fillet(s)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and Natura Fiber until evenly combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillet(s) on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Generously coat the salmon with the Cajun seasoning mixture, pressing lightly so it adheres.
  5. Top with lemon slices if desired.
  6. Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives before serving, if desired.
