Creamy Cucumber Tzatziki

A refreshing Greek-inspired sauce made with creamy yogurt, cucumber, fresh herbs, and garlic. Perfect as a dip, dressing, or sauce for grilled vegetables, meats, and wraps.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber, finely grated
  • 4 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ cup Natura Fiber

Instructions

  1. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, dill, mint, and Natura Fiber.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
  5. Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or topping for grilled meats, vegetables, wraps, or salads.
