A refreshing Greek-inspired sauce made with creamy yogurt, cucumber, fresh herbs, and garlic. Perfect as a dip, dressing, or sauce for grilled vegetables, meats, and wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cucumber, finely grated
- 4 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- ½ cup Natura Fiber
Instructions
- Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, dill, mint, and Natura Fiber.
- Stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
- Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or topping for grilled meats, vegetables, wraps, or salads.
