Ingredients
- Fresh juice pulp
- Natura Fiber (about ¼ cup at a time, as needed)
- Himalayan salt
- Seeds of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the fresh juice pulp in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in Natura Fiber, adding ¼ cup at a time, until the mixture thickens enough to hold together.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a layer about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle lightly with Himalayan salt and seeds of choice.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until firm and beginning to crisp.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares or crackers.
- Serve on their own or topped with hummus, avocado, or your favorite spread.
