- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ cup Natura Fiber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, thyme, salt, turmeric, and Natura Fiber.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss until the florets are evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
