Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

Warm, savory spices transform roasted cauliflower into a simple, flavorful side dish that's perfect alongside your favorite meals.

Instructions

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup Natura Fiber
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, thyme, salt, turmeric, and Natura Fiber.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss until the florets are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned around the edges.
  8. Serve warm.
