A simple, naturally sweetened blueberry jam that's perfect on toast, stirred into yogurt, or spooned over oatmeal. *Use maple syrup or another vegan sweetener in place of honey to make this recipe vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or thawed if frozen
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Natura Fiber
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, vanilla extract, Natura Fiber, and honey to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, or leave slightly chunky if you prefer more texture.
- Transfer the jam to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight to allow it to thicken.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
