Blueberry Jam

Blueberry Jam

A simple, naturally sweetened blueberry jam that's perfect on toast, stirred into yogurt, or spooned over oatmeal. *Use maple syrup or another vegan sweetener in place of honey to make this recipe vegan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or thawed if frozen
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Natura Fiber
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries, vanilla extract, Natura Fiber, and honey to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, or leave slightly chunky if you prefer more texture.
  3. Transfer the jam to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight to allow it to thicken.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
