Berry Protein Oatmeal

A warm, creamy oatmeal packed with fruit, healthy fats, and fiber for a nourishing breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp hemp hearts
  • ½ tbsp ground chia seeds
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (or mixed fruit)
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • ⅓ cup Natura Fiber

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously as the mixture warms and thickens.
  3. Cook until the oats are soft and the texture is creamy and well combined, about 5–8 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve warm.
