Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- ½ tbsp hemp hearts
- ½ tbsp ground chia seeds
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (or mixed fruit)
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- ⅓ cup Natura Fiber
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir continuously as the mixture warms and thickens.
- Cook until the oats are soft and the texture is creamy and well combined, about 5–8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
